What are the dimensions of each locker compartment?

Each locker compartment is designed to securely store sports rackets and related equipment:

• Height: 310mm
• Width: 270mm
• Depth: 400mm

These dimensions accommodate all standard tennis, badminton, and squash rackets, including professional models with protective cases.

How many rackets can each kiosk store?

• K180-6C Kiosk: 6 rackets
• L180-10C Locker: 10 rackets
• Multiple lockers can be connected to a single kiosk
• Maximum recommended configuration: 1 kiosk + 3 lockers (36 rackets)

Payment & Pricing

What payment methods are accepted?

• All major credit and debit cards
• Mobile payments (Apple Pay, Google Pay)
• Contact-free payments
• EMV chip cards

Which payment terminals are available?

We support multiple payment terminal options based on your region:

• Australia: Vending on Track (VOT) payment terminal
• North America: Cantaloupe/USA Technologies payment terminal
• Europe/UK: Nayax VPOS Touch payment terminal
• Other Regions: Contact us for available options

Is there a security deposit required?

Depending on the payment gateway, a refundable security deposit might apply for each rental. The amount is configurable by the venue operator. The deposit is automatically refunded when the equipment is returned in good condition.

Operations & Maintenance

What happens if a customer damages the equipment?

Our system includes damage detection sensors that check equipment condition upon return. If damage is detected:

• The security deposit is held
• The venue operator is notified
• Photographic evidence is recorded
• The damaged equipment is automatically taken out of service

How is technical support handled?

We provide:

• 24/7 remote technical support
• Remote diagnostics and troubleshooting
• On-site service when required
• Regular preventive maintenance
• Software updates and improvements

Installation & Setup

What are the installation requirements?

Basic requirements include:

• Power supply: 110V-240V, 50/60Hz
• WiFi internet connection
• Level floor surface
• Indoor or covered outdoor location
• Minimum floor space based on configuration

How long does installation take?

• Basic setup (1 kiosk): 2-3 hours
• Standard setup (kiosk + 1 locker): 3-4 hours
• Extended setup (kiosk + 2 lockers): 4-5 hours
• Additional time may be needed for custom configurations
